Set the Quote Flow

Each card can collect quote requests in one of two ways.

Simple Card Form

Use Simple card form when you want a short form directly on the card.

The visitor enters:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Optional email
  • Project message

When submitted, Launch365 saves the quote request, creates or updates the contact, sends lead notification emails, and can trigger Digital Business Card automations.

Quote Wizard

Use Quote Wizard when you want the card to launch a full guided quote flow.

  1. In Quote CTA Type, choose Quote Wizard.
  2. Select the active Quote Wizard to use.
  3. Save the card.

If the Quote Wizard option is disabled, there are no active Quote Wizards available for the account or the Quote Wizard add-on is not enabled.

Share a Card

From the Digital Business Cards list, each card has quick actions.

Action Use It For
View Opens the public card in a new tab.
Copy Copies the public card link.
QR PNG Downloads a PNG QR code for flyers, postcards, trucks, uniforms, or printed cards.
SVG Downloads a scalable QR code for professional print design.

Visitors can also share the public card from the card page. On supported phones, the share button opens the device’s native share sheet. Otherwise, the card link is copied.

Referral links let you track which customer, partner, employee, or campaign shared a card.

  1. Go to Digital Business Card.
  2. Click Edit on the card.
  3. Find Referral Share Links.
  4. Enter the referrer’s name.
  5. Optionally add their email and phone.
  6. Click Create Share Link.
  7. Copy the generated link and send it to the referrer.

Referral links track:

  • Views
  • Leads
  • Last viewed date in analytics

When a lead submits through a referral link, the quote request stores the referral code and can trigger referral-specific automations.

Bulk Import Cards

Use bulk import when you need to create cards for several technicians, crews, trucks, or service lines at once.

  1. Go to Digital Business Card.
  2. In Bulk import, upload a CSV file.
  3. Click Import CSV.

Digital Card Automation Triggers

You can also start automations from Digital Business Card activity:

Trigger When It Starts
Digital Card lead submitted Any lead is submitted from a digital card.
Digital Card referral lead submitted A lead is submitted through a referral share link.

You can select one card or leave the trigger set to all digital cards.

Manage Existing Cards

From the Digital Business Cards list:

Action What It Does
Edit Updates card details, quote flow, referral links, and lead view.
View Opens the public card.
Copy Copies the public card URL.
QR PNG / SVG Downloads the QR code.
Duplicate Creates a copy of the card with new tracking and QR code.
Archive Deactivates and hides the card from the active list.
Delete Permanently removes the card, its QR code, leads, and referrals.

Use Archive when you may want to keep history. Use Delete only when the card and its related data are no longer needed.

Best Practices

  • Create one card per technician, sales rep, crew, truck, or service line when you need individual tracking.
  • Use short, readable public links, such as jane-smith or hvac-service-team.
  • Add a profile photo or logo so customers recognize the person or company.
  • Keep the headline short and action-focused.
  • Add service areas so customers know whether the card is relevant to them.
  • Use QR PNG for simple digital use and SVG for professional print design.
  • Mark one card as the Default company card before using automation.
  • Use referral links for partners, customer advocates, neighborhood campaigns, and employee sharing.
